Who can shop at the Habitat Store?
The Habitat Store is open to the general public including individuals, homeowners, interior designers, contractors, and property managers.
What does the Habitat Store sell?
The Habitat Store sells both new and gently used building materials that have been donated to Habitat for Humanity. Inventory includes building materials, furniture, used appliances, lighting, flooring, tile, doors, windows, cabinets, sinks, toilets, tools, paint, and more. Since we receive new donations every day, our inventory changes rapidly, and you never know what you’ll find at the Habitat Store!
Stop by and see what we have to offer. You can also get an idea of what types of items we carry by looking at the list of Donations that we accept.
Donated items are sold to the public at 10%-50% off normal retail value. Profits from the Habitat Store selling donated items help fund our home building program. Building projects provide families in need with a decent place to live that is safe and affordable. It is a home in which hope and personal dignity can thrive.
We encourage you to donate new or gently used merchandise that is clean and in 100% working order.
Thank you for your interest in donating to the Lewiston Habitat Store.
We accept donations of new, used, discontinued, or surplus building materials and home furnishings from developers, manufacturers, retailers, and individuals. We also welcome donations of used appliances, furniture, home decor, hardware, paint tools and more.
Donors receive a tax deduction for the full market value of the donation to the full extent allowed by law. Receipt for donations is provided for tax purposes.
Lewiston-Clarkston Partners Habitat for Humanity is a volunteer-driven organization, and the Habitat Store is no exception. The Habitat Store is run with individuals who volunteer daily performing many tasks from cleaning of merchandise, to pricing, to picking up donations.
